AMIKYO Return & Refund Policy
To ensure an optimal shopping experience on AMIKYO, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds for most of our items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return, provided that the order meets all the return requirements outlined in this policy.
I. Returnable Items
You can request a return for items covered by the "3-day hassle-free return policy."
Eligible items will be marked with an icon on the order details page, as illustrated below.
If you wish to return an item, you must submit a return request within 72 hours of receiving the package.
Example: If you receive your order on December 16 at 11:00 AM, you can request a return between December 16 at 11:00 AM and December 19 at 11:00 AM.
II. How Does the Return Process Work?
Follow these steps:

Log in to your account on AMIKYO.com to request a return.
- If you are not registered, locate the relevant order in the confirmation email and click "View My Order."

Find the order and click "Return."

Select the reason for the return.
- Depending on your selection, additional information may be required.
- Follow the instructions, then click "Confirm" to proceed.

Choose your return method:
- Return via UPS: We will provide a UPS return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- Return via your preferred courier: You must provide a valid tracking number to avoid any delays in processing the refund.
📌 Important: Regardless of the return method chosen, the package must be shipped within 3 days of the return request.
- After this period, the return process will be canceled.

Once the package has been shipped, you can track the return and refund status via the order details page or our email notifications.
III. Refund

For items returned in accordance with this policy and after inspection, AMIKYO will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between 5 and 14 business days for the refund to be completed.

UPS Return Fees: If you choose UPS, a $12.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-refundable shipping costs: If the return is not due to an AMIKYO error or a carrier issue, the initial shipping cost (from the platform to the customer) will be deducted from the refund.

Insurance fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
IV. Non-Returnable Categories
Certain items are not eligible for return.

V. Return Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that returned items and all associated accessories (e.g., tags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) are complete and in perfect condition, without irreversible signs of use.

Some items have functional or high-value outer packaging.
- This original packaging must be returned along with the product.

Gifts received with a purchase are not required for the return.
- However, if the gift is lost or damaged, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Items with single-use sealed packaging must not be opened or damaged.
- Definition of "sealed": Packaging that is secured by the manufacturer with a seal or full plastic wrapping.
