These terms and conditions of sale are concluded between:

  • AMIKYO, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of 1,000 euros, headquartered in Paris.

Article 2 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between AMIKYO and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://amikyo.com/.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. AMIKYO reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of the order.

Article 3 - Products and Services

Note: Product photographs are provided for reference and may exhibit slight variations in color depending on screens or production batches.

Article 4 - Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Any changes in the applicable VAT rate may be reflected in product prices.

AMIKYO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Note: Prices do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Article 5 - Geographic Availability

  • In Mainland France, with delivery handled by postal services.
  • Within the European Economic Area (EEA), via Colissimo Suivi Europe.
